Description

Write fast, clear, and accurate long-form and short-form SEO content, including blogs, guides, landing pages, and product descriptions.
Edit and refine content for tone, clarity, structure, correctness, and SEO alignment.
Perform keyword research using Google Search Console, SEMrush, keyword tools, and related platforms.
Develop SEO-optimized outlines and content structures based on research insights and AI-assisted tools.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and leadership to plan and prioritize deliverables.
Monitor content performance, including keyword rankings, and update content to improve organic visibility.
Maintain brand consistency across content by preserving tone, messaging, and voice.
Coordinate assignments and keep content workflows organized and efficient.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience producing SEO-driven content.
Ability to write quickly without compromising depth or quality.
Strong self-editing skills and familiarity with editorial best practices.
Proficiency in keyword research, search intent analysis, and on-page optimization.
Comfort using Google Search Console, SEMrush, keyword tools, and AI ideation tools.
Excellent organization, deadline management, and communication skills.
Strong grammar, research ability, and attention to detail and accuracy.
At least 50 Mbps stable internet connection with a back-up internet source.
At least 16GB RAM and a Core i5 or higher processor.
A fully working webcam, microphone, and audio setup, plus an organized workstation.
Experience writing for real estate, home services, investing, or property-related niches is a plus.
Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify is preferred.
Understanding of technical SEO elements, SERP features, and competitive content analysis is preferred.
