Description

  • Own organic growth across the full funnel from traffic to signups, sales calls, and revenue.
  • Identify and execute SEO opportunities that improve pipeline and business outcomes.
  • Work directly in WordPress and custom-coded environments to implement SEO changes where possible.
  • Perform on-page optimization, including meta tags, headers, internal linking, schema, and structured data.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical SEO issues such as indexation, crawlability, rendering, and JS SEO problems.
  • Improve site structure, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals/performance.
  • Build and execute a scalable backlink acquisition strategy with consistent monthly output.
  • Conduct outreach and partnerships to earn high-quality backlinks that support rankings.
  • Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Run SEO experiments and iterate based on results across staging and production environments.

Requirements

  • Proven success growing organic traffic.
  • At least 2 strong SEO case studies with clear strategy, actions taken, and measurable results across traffic, rankings, and conversions.
  • Strong technical SEO expertise.
  • Ability to work with WordPress and custom-coded websites using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Comfort implementing changes directly without relying on a dev team.
  • Understanding of staging versus production workflows.
  • Proven experience in link building.
  • Ability to deliver consistent, predictable monthly backlink output.
  • Experience working with SaaS products.
  • Understanding of acquisition funnels from traffic to signup to paid users and sales calls.
  • Ability to align SEO work with product and go-to-market strategy.
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred.
  • Programmatic SEO experience preferred.
  • Basic scripting skills in Python or SQL preferred.
  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments preferred.
