Description

  • Create SEO content strategies based on search intent, keyword opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Produce detailed, SEO-optimized content briefs for writers.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage the editorial calendar and content production timelines.
  • Review and QA blogs and landing pages to ensure they meet SEO standards before publishing.
  • Execute on-page SEO updates including metadata, headers, content flow, internal linking, and page structure.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword and topic research to identify high-value opportunities for organic growth.
  • Track rankings and content performance, and optimize underperforming assets.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and developers to align content with brand voice and user experience.
  • Maintain SEO content guidelines, templates, and standard operating procedures.
  • Own SEO recommendations and content optimization work end to end.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in SEO content strategy, on-page SEO, or editorial SEO.
  • Strong writing and editing ability with experience structuring content that ranks, engages, and converts.
  • Experience with SERP analysis, keyword placement, metadata, and content structure.
  • Comfort interpreting SEO data and adjusting strategy based on performance.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing calendars, workflows, and deadlines.
  • Confident communication skills for working with writers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience owning SEO recommendations end to end (required).
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Clearscope, or Frase (bonus).
  • Background in editorial workflows or managing writers, and understanding of E-E-A-T and helpful content principles (bonus).
  • Stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection.
  • At least 8GB RAM and an Intel Core i5 or higher processor.
  • Perfectly working webcam, mic, and audio.
  • Organized workstation.
