Description

  • Manage and coach project managers across Finance, Development, Success, and Media teams.
  • Create and maintain PMO standards, tools, and best practices that improve alignment and visibility.
  • Ensure projects are planned, tracked, and delivered on time while balancing quality and resources.
  • Partner with department heads to align priorities, optimize workflows, and share best practices.
  • Develop documentation habits, reporting structures, and communication rhythms that strengthen transparency.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to keep leadership informed and teams focused.
  • Identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and interdepartmental alignment.
  • Translate leadership goals into actionable plans that the PMO can operationalize effectively.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing project management teams.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Experience working across time zones and with distributed teams.
  • Skilled in project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
  • Data-driven and solution-oriented approach with balanced human leadership.
  • Ability to bring calm, structure, and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Experience designing and scaling PMO systems from scratch is a plus.
  • Background in marketing, finance, or operations within a fast-growing organization is a plus.
