Description

  • Manage finance administrative tasks including data entry, reconciliations, and documentation.
  • Support invoicing, payment processing, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks, Airtable, or other finance tools.
  • Track and update project budgets, vendor payments, and internal spend.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing and reporting accuracy.
  • Prepare recurring finance summaries and reports for leadership.
  • Assist in refining finance workflows, templates, and internal documentation.
  • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding finance-related inquiries.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in finance administration, operations coordination, or project management.
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping and finance documentation.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple details at once.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data work.
  • Familiarity with tools such as QuickBooks, Airtable, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Background in marketing or franchise environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with recurring billing or client account management is a plus.
