Description

  • Schedule and lead client calls to gather and document project requirements.
  • Manage and organize project files in Google Drive and Dropbox to keep documents accessible and up to date.
  • Create and manage Asana tickets based on client needs, translating requirements into actionable tasks for the design team.
  • Partner with designers and clients to support smooth project workflows from project initiation through completion.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards.
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
  • Communicate clearly with project managers, teammates, designers, and clients to align expectations and progress.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the lifecycle of creative projects.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience working with creative teams, particularly designers, in a project management capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to translate client needs into detailed tasks.
  • Proficiency with Asana, Google Drive, Dropbox, and other project management platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing client expectations and relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously with a high level of detail and consistency.
  • At least 50 mbps stable internet connection.
  • Backup internet connection is required.
  • At least 8GB RAM and a Core i5 or higher processor.
  • Perfectly working webcam, microphone, and audio are required.
  • An organized workstation is required.
