Description

  • Lead UX planning, research, and design direction across multiple digital products.
  • Champion user-centred thinking and embed UX best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Translate business requirements, customer insights, and technical constraints into design strategies and solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to define problems and align cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct user research through interviews, usability testing, observational studies, and heuristic evaluations.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, user journeys, and product analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Create personas, journey maps, and service blueprints to support experience design decisions.
  • Produce wireframes, user flows, information architecture, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define priorities and deliver customer-centric outcomes.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of design standards, systems, and guidelines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX or Product Design with expertise in complex digital platforms.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design processes, research insights, and measurable outcomes.
  • Mastery of Figma, prototyping tools, and UX methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience working cross-functionally within agile or product-led teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead UX initiatives across multiple projects or product streams.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, component libraries, and accessibility principles.
  • Experience designing for eCommerce, B2B platforms, or internal workflow tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with front-end development concepts such as HTML, CSS, and React is preferred.
  • Background in service design, systems thinking, design ops, experimentation, A/B testing, or product analytics is preferred.
