Description

  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain features and custom modules in the Connected Business ERP system using .NET technologies.
  • Integrate Connected Business with other systems and third-party applications through APIs, web services, and data exchange mechanisms.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for code, systems, operational processes, and deployment procedures.
  • Participate in code reviews and implement refactoring strategies to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and analyze logs and data to identify root causes.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure code follows best practices, security standards, and internal coding guidelines.
  • Coach and support junior developers through training and code walkthroughs.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an IT-related course such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in the IT industry, particularly in enterprise application development using the .NET framework.
  • Strong experience with Connected Business ERP or similar ERP platforms.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and/or .NET Core.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, and database optimization.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and system integration.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and front-end frameworks is optional but preferred.
  • Experience with source control systems such as Git, issue tracking tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical terms in layman's language.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills with the ability to quickly understand complex systems.
  • Ability to write clear and structured technical documentation for internal and operational use.
  • Direct experience customizing or implementing Connected Business modules such as Sales, Inventory, and Purchasing is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of business processes in retail, distribution, or manufacturing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
