Description

  • Generate strategic insights for pharma and life sciences projects using qualitative and quantitative data, market signals, and research inputs.
  • Conduct deep analytical research, data assessments, and structured research for complex client and internal initiatives.
  • Transform fragmented data, research findings, and digital signals into high-level conclusions, strategic recommendations, and decision-support materials.
  • Analyze campaign, omnichannel, and social listening data to identify patterns, risks, opportunities, and emerging themes.
  • Assess audience, narrative, and topic signals across social media and digital ecosystems.
  • Support the development of playbooks, frameworks, guidelines, and executive-level analytical presentations.
  • Contribute to KPI frameworks, measurement logic, and reporting structures where relevant.
  • Use AI and LLM tools for research, synthesis, structuring, summarization, and faster analysis, while validating outputs responsibly.
  • Prepare clear strategic summaries and recommendations for internal stakeholders, with possible client-facing support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on data requirements, analytical outputs, and improvements to social listening and insight-generation approaches.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant analytical experience.
  • Experience working with quantitative and qualitative inputs and synthesizing them into clear conclusions.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
  • Background in strategic analysis, insight generation, and analytical research.
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to convert data, signals, and research findings into strategic conclusions, recommendations, frameworks, and guidelines.
  • Strong analytical storytelling skills and the ability to prepare reports and executive presentations.
  • Developed structured thinking, research design skills, and hypothesis-driven analysis.
  • Good understanding of omnichannel, campaign, or digital engagement data in complex environments.
  • Practical, deep understanding of AI and LLM tools for research and analysis workflows.
  • Preferred: experience with BI tools, SQL, Python, survey analysis, consulting environments, or social listening platforms.
