Description

  • Participate in pre-sales discussions with clients to shape optimal end-to-end delivery approaches and solutions.
  • Support new business delivery quality through proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and pricing in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Work with Account Managers to deliver the annual account budget and support revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue additional revenue opportunities while ensuring revenue recognition and successful project delivery within income and cost budgets.
  • Monitor gross margin and perform ongoing earned value analysis to track delivery performance.
  • Partner with clients to validate business cases, define success metrics, and plan for sustainable business outcomes.
  • Plan, execute, monitor, control, and analyze all aspects of the production lifecycle.
  • Promote process and technology standardization, lessons learned practices, and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Continuously assess end-to-end delivery processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Identify and manage collaboration risks, escalate significant issues early, and help optimize resource allocation across projects and teams.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in delivery management, technical account management, technical pre-sales, solution consultancy, technical product management, or a similar role.
  • Technical background with hands-on experience in software engineering, QA, or a related field.
  • Ability to function as a project manager across project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Experience managing multiple agile teams.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Agile practices and frameworks.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with accountability to multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and structured operational skills.
  • Customer- and service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on results.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
