Description

  • Act as a strategic partner to clients by guiding digital transformation efforts and sharing market trends and best practices.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams.
  • Provide expert advice on Viseven’s products and services so clients can adopt and use them effectively.
  • Oversee cross-functional initiatives and coordinate execution across internal teams.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new customers and monitor adoption after onboarding.
  • Track implementation plans, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure progress stays on course.
  • Measure performance against agreed KPIs, share feedback with stakeholders, and address gaps when needed.
  • Identify new opportunities by uncovering client gaps and pain points and support scoping of qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with delivery, product, support, and account teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Support the account team with the sales process and proposal development.

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency, both verbal and written.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Experience with customer onboarding and customer retention strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and produce reports.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Basic project management experience.
  • Knowledge of sales and upselling techniques.
  • Experience collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
  • Understanding of how the pharmaceutical market operates, including how pharma companies produce and sell products.
  • Knowledge of digital pharma fundamentals and customer engagement principles.
  • Broad understanding of Viseven’s products and services.
  • Ability to work with specific tools such as briefing/intake forms.
  • Basic understanding of digital infrastructure platforms such as DAM systems, CRM platforms like Veeva, Salesforce, or IQVIA, and marketing automation tools such as SFMC or Eloqua.
