Description

  • Schedule jobs efficiently across the diary for UK-based engineers and trades staff.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails from clients.
  • Handle general administrative tasks and keep records, systems, and job information up to date.
  • Support payment reconciliation and track outstanding balances.
  • Assist with improving internal processes and resolving day-to-day operational issues or conflicts.
  • Provide professional and responsive support to UK clients.
  • Help maintain smooth operational administration in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration, scheduling, operations, or customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence handling phone conversations.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable using technology and business systems independently.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Must be based in South Africa and able to work standard UK business hours.
  • Experience in trades, maintenance, construction, or field-based service businesses is preferred.
