Description

  • Monitor stock levels, backorders, stock discrepancies, SKU creation, product movements, and overall inventory accuracy.
  • Generate inventory reports, conduct stocktakes, and prepare variance reports.
  • Monitor reorder levels, place purchase orders, negotiate supplier terms, and coordinate freight logistics.
  • Alert relevant departments about marketing materials and stock changes and support cash flow forecasts and vendor payment reports.
  • Follow up on incoming shipments and liaise with freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Oversee accurate receiving, picking, and packing of orders in the warehouse.
  • Support warranty claims, replacements, exports, and warehouse compliance, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Assist with internal administration, reporting, inventory system updates, and stock-related queries.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and a customer-first mindset.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in inventory planning, procurement, or supply chain coordination.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and demand planning.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as CIN7, Dear Inventory, or similar.
  • Experience working with international suppliers and freight forwarders.
  • Exposure to sea or air freight coordination and Incoterms is advantageous.
  • Experience supporting Accounts Payable functions.
  • Experience in multi-SKU product-based businesses, preferably retail, FMCG, beauty, or wholesale.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and Data Analysis.
  • Experience using Xero for supplier bill entry.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management capability.
  • High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Commercial awareness, including margins, freight costs, and working capital impact.
  • Ability to work independently without daily supervision.
  • Strong written English for supplier communication.
  • Valid NBI clearance is mandatory.
  • Ability to provide two professional references.
