Description

  • Conduct outbound outreach to members to explain Vida’s program and encourage enrollment.
  • Handle inbound calls to conduct assessments, answer questions, and support program enrollment.
  • Assist members with app navigation, general inquiries, and status updates on prior communications.
  • Provide professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service that identifies member needs and promotes relevant program offerings.
  • Accurately document member interactions and resolutions in the Member Services system while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.
  • Resolve member concerns by identifying solutions, escalating complex issues, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Adhere to company protocols and healthcare compliance standards while addressing concerns and overcoming objections.
  • Support ad hoc Member Services projects such as training updates, peer sessions, scripting improvements, and quality monitoring.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve service skills and stay current on best practices.
  • Meet and exceed inbound and outbound KPIs and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or a call center role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
  • Strong Wi-Fi connectivity to function in a remote-first environment.
  • Seasonal availability for a 3-month role with possible extension based on business demand and performance.
