Description

  • Establish and maintain daily project plans for multiple sites.
  • Coordinate directly with clients and internal or external resources as needed.
  • Assist in defining construction statements of work for the RFP process.
  • Support contractor selection and awarding for site construction.
  • Attend A&E and utility walks to support site design and utility routing.
  • Confirm site staking, layout, setbacks, easements, tower placement, and fencing before construction begins.
  • Manage contractors, construction activities, site inspections, and job close-out through certificate of occupancy.
  • Ensure work is completed to plan and to Vertical Bridge or customer specifications.
  • Lead meetings and resolve issues early to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Enforce Vertical Bridge and OSHA safety practices and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
  • Complete project closeouts, including punch lists, document uploads, requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice approvals.
  • Maintain project records and data in company systems and project management tools.
  • Perform other duties assigned by leadership.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree preferred, ideally in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in wireless communications construction and construction project management required.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA and construction safety practices and policies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong multitasking and project management abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong client and vendor relationship skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an entrepreneurial culture.
