Description

  • Provide rental car customers with information and services related to tolls and violations.
  • Deliver one-stop resolutions and education on products and services.
  • Provide account information and status updates.
  • Resolve product- and service-related issues.
  • Process customer payments.
  • Navigate multiple computer applications and online resources to provide accurate information.
  • Maintain product, process, and technical knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and tailor interactions to different audiences.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and concisely.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, including at least 1 year in an inbound call center in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with varied personalities.
  • Reliable and dependable, including consistent attendance and schedule adherence.
  • Availability to work shifts between 8:30 AM and 8:30 PM EST Monday through Friday, and 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday.
  • Bilingual Spanish skills preferred.
