Description

  • Research complex toll and violation cases, process billing adjustments, and communicate resolutions to customers and clients.
  • Review, respond to, and resolve written inquiries from vehicle renters and associated agencies or businesses.
  • Prioritize daily workloads based on task urgency and importance.
  • Identify and communicate abnormal service inquiry trends to leadership.
  • Create complete, accurate documentation and notes for all inquiries across multiple systems.
  • Assist with customer service calls to support service-level objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, Tolling Authorities, Issuing Authorities, and Collections Agencies to resolve disputes.
  • Perform other tasks needed to support the team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, research, customer service, or transaction-processing role.
  • Excellent reading and comprehension skills.
  • Strong written communication and business documentation skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft products, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to analyze data and resolve complex issues.
  • High sense of urgency, personal initiative, and sound judgment.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a collaborative, changing environment.
  • Professionalism, follow-through, ethical conduct, and critical-thinking skills.
