Description

  • Serve as the primary research advisor for 5-8 enterprise-level employer partners and diagnose their talent acquisition and early career recruiting challenges.
  • Scope projects and create workplans that align research design with client objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end research projects from defining client needs and research questions through survey instrument design, analysis, and delivery.
  • Coordinate project timelines and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and main points of contact at member organizations.
  • Distill quantitative and qualitative findings into executive-ready summaries and strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze open-ended comments to identify themes and convert them into compelling narratives for early career and talent acquisition leaders.
  • Write tailored takeaways and recommendations for employers based on the most salient research findings.
  • Review research deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and client-readiness before they are shared with stakeholders.
  • Present research findings directly to senior and executive-level stakeholders with confidence and credibility.
  • Contribute ideas for new project objectives, product innovation, and process improvements across the research function.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in survey research, analytics, talent insights, consulting, or a related field, with meaningful client-facing or advisory experience.
  • Demonstrated success advising external clients and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to diagnose ambiguous business challenges and translate them into well-scoped research designs.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence and credibility.
  • Experience designing and executing custom research projects end to end.
  • Experience managing concurrent projects independently, including scoping, workplanning, and timeline coordination.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship; OPT/CPT holders are not eligible.
  • Experience presenting research or strategic recommendations to senior leaders in early career programs or talent acquisition is preferred.

  • Salary of $92,500 to $115,000 annually, depending on experience.
  • Remote-first work environment within the U.S. with occasional travel to Washington, DC.
