Description

  • Architect and evolve the self-serve Customer Portal into a multi-product platform supporting 10+ services.
  • Build billing and configuration logic that enables customers to go live without manual intervention.
  • Design abstractions that balance bespoke enterprise account needs with a high-volume self-serve experience.
  • Modernize and incrementally rebuild legacy systems such as the session list and decision profiles while keeping production systems running.
  • Coordinate with Identity, Fraud, and Trust teams to integrate their products into the portal with architectural consistency.
  • Maintain code quality and architectural standards across the customer portal and related systems.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and product counterparts to shape the customer experience and business outcomes.
  • Champion AI-assisted workflows and automation to improve team delivery and productivity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building web applications.
  • Strong depth in TypeScript; the primary stack includes TypeScript, React, and Node.
  • Experience owning a product area, service, migration, feature, or system end-to-end.
  • Experience working with legacy codebases and modernizing them incrementally without disrupting production.
  • Ability to contribute effectively to product conversations and understand business problems, not just implementation tasks.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple teams and domains without operating in silos.
  • Curiosity and genuine interest in AI-assisted development workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
  • Long-term experience with TypeScript or Python is preferred.
  • Experience inspiring team growth, introducing new standards, and driving change is preferred.
