Description

  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineering leads as an analytics partner for assigned product areas.
  • Own the data narrative for product area performance and product decision-making.
  • Design and deliver dashboards covering product portfolio metrics and customer-level performance views.
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experiments.
  • Provide statistical guidance on sample sizing, significance, hypothesis testing, and causal inference.
  • Conduct deep-dive investigations into product funnels and customer behavior patterns.
  • Proactively identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities in data.
  • Communicate analytical findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support data governance initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a data analyst, product analytics, or data science role.
  • Extensive experience with SQL.
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing methodology, statistical significance, hypothesis testing, and causal inference.
  • Exposure to Python for data manipulation, ad-hoc analysis, and statistical modeling using tools such as pandas and scipy.
  • Experience building dashboards.
  • Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced SQL is preferred.
  • Familiarity with dbt is preferred.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or tech company is preferred.
  • Experience in identity verification, fraud detection, or fintech domains is preferred.
  • Exposure to predictive analytics or machine learning techniques is preferred.
  • Experience with data governance is preferred.
  • Experience communicating with senior non-technical audiences is preferred.
