Description

  • Lead hands-on development and implementation of scalable analytic workflows for messy healthcare data.
  • Design, code, and execute high-quality analyses that support real-world evidence generation.
  • Establish best practices for code review, version control, documentation, and reproducibility.
  • Act as a technical advisor on scalable processes and infrastructure investments.
  • Drive retrospective studies using EHR data, including statistical analysis planning and algorithm development.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Medical, and Engineering teams to shape analytic approaches.
  • Present findings to internal and external partners to support decision-making.
  • Contribute to scientific rigor and continuous improvement of methodological standards.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 5+ years of direct experience with healthcare datasets, including EHR, outcomes, and complex or messy data.
  • Experience with advanced analytical methodologies.
  • Expertise in R, Python, PySpark, AWS, Databricks, and Git-based workflows.
  • Demonstrated leadership in technical and analytic workflow optimization.
  • Strong track record supporting life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotech organizations.
  • Proven experience coding and analyzing observational datasets to generate real-world insights.
  • Ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to balance scientific rigor with pragmatic execution in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship or OPT/STEM extension support is available.
