Description

  • Work with Product Managers on sprint, release, and milestone planning.
  • Track delivery progress, blockers, risks, dependencies, and follow-ups.
  • Keep delivery priorities, timelines, and ownership clear across teams.
  • Coordinate with Development, QA, Operations, and Hardware teams.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about delivery status, timeline changes, and risks.
  • Prepare upcoming work for delivery and ensure it is sequenced and unblocked.
  • Coordinate release timing, rollout preparation, and post-release follow-ups.
  • Ensure Support, Customer Success, Operations, and other stakeholders are ready for release impact.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and escalate risks early when timelines or quality are at risk.
  • Coordinate Elite client test updates where required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, or software delivery coordination.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with delivery planning, dependency tracking, and release coordination.
  • Confidence working across Product, Engineering, QA, Support, Customer Success, and Hardware.
  • Ability to identify risks early and escalate clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to bring structure without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS, travel technology, ticketing, payments, or retail environments is preferred.
  • Experience working with hardware-integrated products is preferred.
