Description

  • Advise customers, partners, and channel partners on building and implementing strategic solutions at scale.
  • Act as a conduit between the field systems engineer team and Veeam cross-functional product groups.
  • Support sales opportunities from pre-sales through post-sales relationships.
  • Provide architectural designs and lead large-scale proof of concepts, technical alliance validations, and post-sales deployments.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Veeam product suites for customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Develop whitepapers, best practice guides, competitive analysis documentation, and compete strategies to support engagements and opportunities.
  • Contribute actively in the Veeam Community Forums.
  • Represent Veeam in marketing and technical presentations as a subject matter expert.
  • Serve as an escalation point for partner solutions and the Pre-Sales Organization.

Requirements

  • Deep experience with hypervisor technologies from multiple vendors, including VMware, Microsoft, and Red Hat.
  • Hands-on experience with large and complex datacenter infrastructure operations.
  • Experience with the top three hyperscalers: AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Experience with relational database software.
  • Experience with a programming or scripting language for automation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort presenting to groups both remotely and in person.
  • Availability to travel within the assigned region as directed.
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Project management skills.
  • Demonstrated expert capabilities in focused solutions.
  • Demonstrated logical mindset and problem-solving skills.
