Description

  • Design and own a scalable launch operating system, including the playbook, governance, and standard operating procedures.
  • Implement launch intake, prioritization, and ownership models to lock scope, timelines, and DRIs early.
  • Define launch tiers, readiness gates, and planning milestones with clear criteria, required artifacts, and executive decision points.
  • Develop and maintain reusable launch templates such as integrated plans, checklists, comms briefs, and readiness reviews.
  • Lead stakeholder enablement and operating rhythms, including communications plans, review forums, and a single source of truth for launch status.
  • Program-manage end-to-end product and solution launches across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Support.
  • Deliver readiness and status reporting, identify risks and tradeoffs, drive mitigations, and escalate issues early.
  • Ensure downstream teams such as Sales, Support, Operations, and Customer Success have timely enablement and deliverables.
  • Scale launch execution through training, documentation, feedback loops, and self-managed launch frameworks.
  • Define launch scorecards and success metrics, run post-launch retrospectives, and apply insights to improve future launches.

Requirements

  • BS/BA required; MBA and PMP are a plus.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Go-To-Market, or Product Marketing Operations.
  • Knowledge of the cloud and SaaS business model.
  • Experience with indirect management, influencing stakeholders, and relationship-building across a matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to align launch initiatives with business goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and influence others.
  • Experience creating and leading change initiatives and managing organizational transformation.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and proactively streamline and improve processes.
  • Experience leveraging AI and technology to improve efficiency and quality is required.
