Description

  • Design and implement business logic for Veeam’s core product lines, including Cloud, SaaS, virtualization, backup & replication.
  • Develop new features and enhance functionality across different product modules.
  • Take ownership of major components and drive architectural decisions both independently and as part of a team.
  • Work on projects targeting Windows and/or Linux environments and cloud-focused projects as needed.
  • Implement and optimize multithreaded components and integrate with MS SQL or PostgreSQL databases.
  • Use source control and development tools (Git, TFS, Visual Studio, Rider) as part of the development workflow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver product improvements and releases.

Requirements

  • 2+ years (junior/middle) to 5+ years (senior) of commercial product development experience.
  • Proficiency in C# and a deep understanding of the .NET platform, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with Windows and/or Linux environments.
  • Familiarity with MS SQL and/or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience working with multithreading and concurrent code.
  • English proficiency for daily communication within international teams.
  • Experience with software architecture and design (especially for senior candidates).
  • Experience with .NET 8 and common development tools (Git, TFS, Visual Studio, Rider).
  • Bonus: experience with Azure or other public cloud platforms, developing SaaS or enterprise-grade environments, or background in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Proxmox, QEMU/KVM).
  • Note: remote work is only possible if the employee is located in Poland; applicants permanently outside Poland may not be considered.
