Description

  • Design and implement business logic for Veeam’s core product lines (Cloud, SaaS, virtualization, backup & replication).
  • Develop new features and enhance functionality across different product modules.
  • Take ownership of major components and drive/contribute to architectural decisions individually and within a team.
  • Implement and maintain services targeting Windows and/or Linux environments and cloud-focused projects.
  • Work with relational databases (MS SQL / PostgreSQL) and implement multithreaded/concurrent components where required.
  • Use version control and development tools (Git, TFS, Visual Studio, Rider) to build, test, and ship software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver product features and improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years (junior/middle) to 5+ years (senior) of commercial product development experience.
  • Proficiency in C# and a deep understanding of the .NET platform, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with .NET 8.
  • Experience working in Windows and/or Linux environments.
  • Experience with MS SQL and/or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with multithreading and concurrent programming.
  • English proficiency for daily communication within international teams.
  • Experience with software architecture and architecture design (especially for senior candidates).
  • Bonus: Experience with Azure or other public cloud platforms and building SaaS or enterprise-grade environments.
  • Bonus: Background in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Proxmox, QEMU/KVM) and familiarity with development tools like Git, TFS, Visual Studio, Rider.
