Description

  • Build agentic AI systems, including multi-step LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, and orchestration systems, from architecture through production.
  • Develop full-stack AI applications with Python/FastAPI backends, React frontends, and integrations with leading LLM providers.
  • Design scalable data pipelines and cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP, including vector databases, ingestion layers, and API integrations.
  • Translate business needs into AI-first technical proposals during technical discovery with client stakeholders.
  • Engage directly with CFOs, GPs, and operating partners to align technical solutions with client objectives.
  • Define AI quality standards, including guardrails, automated testing, observability, and failure handling for production systems.
  • Take ownership of delivery end-to-end, from quick experiments and validation through reliable client-facing deployments.
  • Contribute to internal engineering practices and standards that improve delivery across engagements.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience shipping production AI/LLM systems used by real users, not internal demos or hackathon projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in an AI-native coding workflow such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar as the primary development environment.
  • Broad proficiency across the full stack, with expertise in at least one domain such as infrastructure, backend, data, or frontend.
  • Experience with Terraform, Python, Snowflake, and React is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, and agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Agno, or equivalent.
  • Strong spoken and written English with the ability to explain technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to run AI initiatives with limited support, from discovery through delivery, often across multiple client engagements in parallel.
  • Experience in fintech, private capital (VC/PE), or healthcare data systems is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with data engineering stacks such as Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, and AWS data services is a strong plus.
