  • Manage payroll inputs, calculations, adjustments, reconciliations, and year-end payroll activities including tax filings and reporting.
  • Administer North American benefits (health, dental, disability, life, retirement, wellness programs, and leaves) and coordinate international benefits with vendors and local brokers.

  • Experience with payroll/HRIS systems such as UKG, Workday, CloudPay, ADP, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple time zones, deadlines, complex data, and maintain high confidentiality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English (additional languages are an asset).
  • Candidates will complete a practical payroll assessment/test as part of the interview process.

Benefits

  • Supportive culture focused on professional growth and unlocking employee potential.
  • Opportunity to build impactful solutions used by global, market-leading customers.
