Description

  • Coordinate and supervise the team’s daily activities.
  • Track progress toward goals, projects, and established timelines.
  • Assign tasks and monitor workloads to ensure efficient distribution.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
  • Facilitate communication between the team, leaders, and other involved departments.
  • Prepare performance, progress, and results reports.
  • Manage follow-up meetings and project control sessions.
  • Resolve issues promptly to keep deliverables on track.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Specialization or diploma in project management or team leadership is preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in team coordination or project management.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience with planning, tracking, and controlling activities.
  • Experience preparing reports and performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of planning and tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies is preferred.
