Description

Manage CMS platform projects from UXR through design and build.
Serve as the functional expert in the client’s chosen CMS platform.
Lead scope refinement, planning, and delivery for CMS experiences.
Work with client stakeholders, business users, and cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
Drive solution design in partnership with product ownership, UX design, and technical leadership.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Support Agile release planning and help the Product Owner manage the release backlog.
Coach the team on Agile estimation, cross-functionality, and self-organization.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project issues, risks, and impediments.
Support and educate the Product Owner on backlog definition and prioritization.
Maintain transparency through sprint backlogs, burndown charts, and other Agile metrics.
Influence software development lifecycle activities across plan, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Conduct business analysis and translate business requirements into customer experience and development needs.
Build roadmaps and advise clients on future strategy and execution.
Provide recommendations tailored to client industries and end users.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in a delivery lead role within a software development Agile environment; product experience is a plus.
5+ years of experience with a content management system such as Optimizely or Contentful.
Experience leading a global Agile team of 8+ developers and designers.
Experience delivering prioritized features with product owner sign-off and approval.
Demonstrated success in iterative release of software systems.
Demonstrated experience implementing AI in delivery software solutions.
Experience managing project budgets of $5 million+.
Proven ability to manage budget, forecast, margin, and utilization in Fixed Fee or Time & Material engagements.
Experience working with Rally, Jira, or similar project management software.
Deep understanding of empirical data used for stakeholder reporting and team measurement.
Optimizely Opal Certification or project experience in content management/commerce systems (preferred).
Knowledge of traditional SDLC (preferred).
Prior experience in the Financial Services industry (preferred).
Proven ability to bring transparency to the business team about development and build trust (preferred).
Experience identifying delivery issues and risks and removing blockers with urgency (preferred).
PMP, CSM, or other Agile certifications (preferred).
