Description

  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Define, analyze, and validate technical and functional requirements, ensuring they are accurate and ready for development.
  • Work closely with product owners and technical leads to clarify goals, objectives, and solution approaches.
  • Assess requirements for system impacts, dependencies, risks, and upstream/downstream process effects, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
  • Manage requirements traceability and track requirement status throughout projects and sprints.
  • Support backlog grooming and prioritization based on business value and dependency analysis.
  • Develop user manuals and provide user training as needed.
  • Partner with technical teams to evaluate feasibility and functional behavior of requirements.
  • Propose best-practice solution approaches grounded in Adobe Experience Manager capabilities.
  • Contribute to test scenarios, test cases, testing activities, documentation, and transition from project to support.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering, workshops, issue tracking, and ongoing communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and recommend practical solutions.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience working with technical teams and solving requirements.
  • Experience gathering business and technical requirements, including facilitating workshops.
  • Ability to lead and guide user flows and share them with teams.
  • Experience with large-scale Adobe Experience Manager implementations, including Enterprise DAM projects on AEM Assets.
  • Familiarity with AEM Assets Enterprise DAM integrations for asset distribution and intake.
  • Experience with metadata and taxonomy management, including content migration for digital assets in AEM.
  • Experience with Adobe Dynamic Media and advanced features such as Smart Crop.
  • Proficiency in content operations processes, including governance, migration, and permission models.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront is a plus.
  • Familiarity with modern AEM authoring approaches, including Universal Editor for Edge Delivery Services, is a plus.
  • Experience with broader Adobe Experience Cloud solutions is a plus.
  • Adobe Certified AEM Assets Digital Librarian Professional certification is a plus.
  • Adobe Certified AEM Business Practitioner Expert certification is a plus.
  • Applicants must be based in Ontario or Québec.
  • Fluency in English is necessary for Québec-based candidates.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and consulting is a plus.

  • Salary range of $110,000 to $160,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
