Description

  • Lead discovery phases and identify high-value client opportunities.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on Cloud strategy, architecture, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Design tailored solutions aligned with business objectives and technical constraints.
  • Lead complex and cross-practice project delivery as a technical lead when needed.
  • Review deliverables, track progress, and report on project outcomes.
  • Mentor consultants, support onboarding, and contribute to technical and professional development.
  • Develop consulting methodologies, standards, tools, and service offerings.
  • Support presales activities, including solution design, scoping, and demonstrations.
  • Build client relationships, support account growth, and manage escalations.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Practice Leads, Sales, and Presales teams.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in consulting and leading complex projects.
  • Deep expertise with Atlassian tools and Cloud environments.
  • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and lead strategic discussions.
  • Strong strategic thinking, execution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Ability to navigate complexity, drive alignment, and manage cross-functional collaboration.
  • Commitment to quality, client success, and continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Based anywhere in France with willingness to travel for work.
