Description

  • Serve as the senior technical expert for complex enterprise Atlassian Cloud environments.
  • Provide hands-on support for complex client needs and deliver sustainable long-term solutions.
  • Proactively identify platform risks, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve stability, scalability, governance, and adoption.
  • Define technical standards and direction for the Managed Services practice.
  • Develop repeatable services, including health checks, optimization services, and advanced analytics.
  • Evaluate Atlassian Analytics, AI, automation, and Cloud capabilities and turn them into client-facing solutions.
  • Mentor Managed Services colleagues and raise technical standards across the team.
  • Partner with Sales, Delivery, Transformation Consulting, and international teams on strategic engagements and transformation programs.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in technical consulting, application support, platform operations, or a similar enterprise technology environment.
  • Deep expertise in Atlassian Cloud, including the broader Atlassian ecosystem, architecture, and best practices.
  • Experience assessing enterprise client environments and recommending improvements to performance, governance, adoption, and scalability.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and design scalable, sustainable solutions beyond immediate fixes.
  • Knowledge of or interest in Atlassian Analytics, AI, automation, and Cloud innovation.
  • Ability to independently lead technical initiatives and challenge client requirements constructively.
  • Consultative communication skills for engaging technical and business stakeholders in enterprise environments.
  • Experience mentoring colleagues and influencing technical direction.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and international teams.
  • Fluency in both German and English; Germany-based candidates preferred.
