Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit feedback, validate requirements, and align stakeholders and clients.
  • Create detailed documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and shared understanding of project goals.
  • Evaluate the success of implemented projects and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts on business analysis best practices and methodologies.
  • Gather intelligence from business stakeholders and present findings and recommendations to client executive leadership.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience as a business analyst in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong technical skills with DBX (as stated).
  • Proficient in SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to diverse and executive audiences.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to identifying business challenges, and experience mentoring junior staff.
