Description

  • Develop and maintain strong visual identities and brand systems.
  • Design high-quality marketing materials for digital and print platforms.
  • Ensure consistency across company visuals, campaigns, and communication assets.
  • Create visually engaging presentations, pitch decks, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce creative campaigns.
  • Translate business goals into impactful visual concepts.
  • Create campaign visuals, advertisements, banners, and promotional assets.
  • Support UX/UI teams with visual assets and creative direction when needed.
  • Contribute to creative direction for digital experiences and storytelling websites.
  • Create simple motion graphics and animated content for social media and presentations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers and marketing specialists.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design or visual communication.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and digital design projects.
  • Experience working in agencies, startups, or fast-paced creative environments is preferred.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Good understanding of typography, layout systems, color theory, branding systems, and social media design.
  • Basic knowledge of motion design tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro is preferred.
  • Experience with 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered creative workflows.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and modern digital product design.
  • Candidates should share portfolio work related to branding systems, social media campaigns, creative presentations, marketing visuals, motion graphics, or experimental and AI-driven creative work.
