Description

  • Deliver technical design for high-end hospitality projects with a focus on buildability and coordination.
  • Develop and manage coordinated Revit models and construction documentation.
  • Coordinate architecture with structural, MEP, and interiors teams using BIM and Navisworks.
  • Resolve multidisciplinary clashes and propose practical technical solutions.
  • Prepare tender and construction-stage documentation aligned with codes and specifications.
  • Maintain quality control of models and drawings and flag risks early.
  • Support façade and system detailing based on construction logic.
  • Collaborate with procurement on technical specifications and materials.
  • Guide BIM modelers and contribute to internal technical standards and workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural design.
  • Experience on low-rise residential and hospitality projects, including private homes, villas, hotels, and resorts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Strong BIM coordination experience.
  • Solid understanding of construction methodologies, materials, detailing, and multidisciplinary integration.
  • Professional-level English, both written and verbal.
  • Portfolio is required.
  • Rhino and Enscape are a plus.

Benefits

  • Full-time role with up to 40 hours per week.
  • Standard CET working hours, 9-17 or 10-18, with daily team meetings.
