Description

  • Translate concept and schematic designs into coordinated, buildable Revit models and documentation packages across RIBA Stages 3–5.
  • Develop precise technical layouts, assemblies, and details that preserve design intent, constructability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and interior design inputs using BIM workflows and Navisworks.
  • Review, resolve, and prevent coordination issues across disciplines and propose integrated technical solutions.
  • Build and manage project typologies, families, and detail libraries to support design development and standardization.
  • Support tender and construction documentation preparation in alignment with specifications, codes, and local regulations.
  • Develop project-specific systems and façade, roof, and technical typologies based on construction logic and material performance.
  • Provide quality control on Revit models and documentation, conduct technical reviews, and flag risks early.
  • Collaborate with procurement on technical inputs related to material quantities, specifications, and product compatibility.
  • Supervise and guide BIM modelers and junior technical staff, and support department-wide technical workflows and standards.

Requirements

  • Experience working on high-end hospitality projects with a focus on technical development, spatial coordination, and construction-level detailing.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, including parametric families, freeform modeling, and terrain modeling.
  • Solid BIM coordination experience and experience coordinating multi-disciplinary project inputs.
  • Experience with Navisworks is required.
  • Rhino, AutoCAD, and Enscape experience are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, detailing, and multi-disciplinary integration.
  • Ability to work independently, analytically, and proactively on technical and coordination challenges.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Availability for full-time work of up to 40 hours per week.
  • Ability to work fully remotely during CET working hours (9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00) and participate in daily team meetings.
  • No visa sponsorship or relocation package is provided for this position.
