Description

  • Own the product end-to-end from early concept through LiveOps scale.
  • Drive product direction across gameplay, retention, and monetization.
  • Build and scale games from MVP to LiveOps.
  • Define and optimize core loops, progression systems, and game economy.
  • Lead A/B testing strategy and use results to inform product decisions.
  • Leverage AI analytics tools to extract data insights and guide iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, art, and UA teams to ship production-ready titles.
  • Ensure products are built for scalability from day one.
  • Act as a product leader across the team by aligning execution and priorities.

Requirements

  • Experience building and shipping mobile games, especially casual or hybrid casual titles.
  • Experience taking at least one game from early stage to LiveOps or scale.
  • Strong understanding of retention, monetization, and game economies.
  • Highly data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Comfort with fast feedback loops, rapid iteration, and continuous experimentation.
  • Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and validate them quickly with data.
  • Systems-thinking mindset rather than a feature-by-feature approach.
  • Ability to move fast, take ownership, and make decisions independently.
  • Focus on outcomes over process.
