Description

  • Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl, indexation, and performance issues.
  • Fix technical problems including 404s, redirects, duplicate tags, canonical errors, and broken links.
  • Manage and optimize sitemaps, robots.txt, metadata, and structured data/schema across the site.
  • Research, plan, and execute keyword strategies aligned with marketing goals and conversion objectives.
  • Collaborate with writers to optimize new and existing content for search rankings and user engagement.
  • Monitor site health, Core Web Vitals, and page speed and drive improvements to performance metrics.
  • Manage and configure GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console to ensure accurate SEO tracking and measurement.
  • Prepare periodic SEO reports with insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Support backlink cleanup, improve internal linking, and execute ongoing on-page/content SEO updates; work closely with the WordPress developer to implement best practices across pages and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in SEO strategy and technical implementation.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and fix complex SEO and site performance issues.
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, including site structure and keyword optimization.
  • Experience with analytics and tracking tools and building performance dashboards and reports.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Experience managing GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console (GSC) for SEO tracking.
  • Familiarity with schema markup and structured data implementation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills with strong attention to detail.
  • (Bonus) Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, or other CMS platforms.
