Description

  • Create architectural designs and layouts in Archicad according to project requirements and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables.
  • Produce 2D and 3D renderings, presentations, marketing materials, and other high-quality graphic design assets.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and recommendations.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across design documentation and final deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Archicad with experience in architectural design and documentation, mainly for residential projects.
  • Previous experience working for the US market.
  • Outstanding graphic design skills for renderings, marketing decks, and award submission presentations.
  • Experience creating high-quality 2D and 3D renderings and presentations.
  • Knowledge of architectural standards, building codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous architectural and graphic design work.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
