Description

  • Create and iterate on web and landing page designs, including key UI elements, aligned with business objectives and user needs.
  • Deliver implementation-ready design files with responsive variants, reusable components, clear naming, and complete specs/assets for developer handoff.
  • Create marketing design assets such as presentations, pitch decks, digital banners, and PDF marketing materials.
  • Translate briefs into clear design solutions covering structure, layout, typography, and visuals.
  • Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor presentations, and design best practices to improve presentation quality and effectiveness.
  • Manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in web design and digital design.
  • Solid Figma skills for turning ideas into visual designs.
  • Confident experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating web and landing page design work.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating marketing assets such as presentations, banners, and PDFs.
  • Strong knowledge of layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
  • Fluent Ukrainian and/or Russian language skills.
  • An inventive, original mindset.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
