Description

  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner.
  • Schedule new referrals and patient visits received by fax or telephone.
  • Verify patient insurance coverage.
  • Collect patient payments at the time of service.
  • Maintain an orderly and organized front office workspace.
  • Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and make welcome calls.
  • Convert referrals into evaluations and help monitor arrival rates through customer experience.
  • Manage scheduling, document routing, deposits, non-clinical documentation, and other practice management tasks.
  • Support caseload reporting, discharge candidate tracking, progress notes, insurance reporting, and clinic inventory.
  • Complete required training and quarterly compliance training.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with business office and field leadership.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, meet deadlines, and work with little to no supervision.
  • Efficient time management and presentation skills as a team member.
  • Ability to operate multiple computer programs and office equipment.
  • Willingness to attend required training with Territory Field Trainers for Raintree and other business process updates.
  • Full-time availability with at least 40 hours per week during normal business hours Monday through Friday.
  • May be required to attend special events some evenings and weekends, or work additional hours as needed.
