Description

  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner and create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
  • Schedule new referrals and patient visits received by fax or phone.
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and collect payments due at the time of service.
  • Convert referrals into evaluations and support patient intake processes.
  • Maintain an orderly, organized front office workspace and manage clinic documents and deposits.
  • Manage the daily schedule efficiently, including non-clinical documentation, caseload reporting, and insurance reporting.
  • Make welcome calls and help influence patient arrival rates through a positive customer experience.
  • Monitor clinic inventory and support overall practice management tasks.
  • Attend required training and complete quarterly compliance training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with business office and field leadership.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain strong organizational detail while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision.
  • Strong time management and presentation skills as part of a team.
  • Ability to operate multiple computer programs and use office equipment such as printers, phones, keyboards, mice, and copy machines.
  • Ability to work full time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Willingness to attend special events بعض evenings and weekends or work additional hours as needed.
  • Ability to perform sedentary work in an indoor office environment with regular computer use.
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally lift or move up to 20 lbs.
