Description

  • Implement and execute a comprehensive strategy for Industry sales growth across the AMER region.
  • Lead and manage a team of 5–8 Senior Sales Executives, delivering on forecasting and Go-To-Market business commitments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer executives and business decision makers to grow deal size and account value.
  • Partner with sales, finance, legal, compliance, and other internal stakeholders to structure enterprise deals and ensure revenue growth.
  • Support Enterprise sales team in customer-facing meetings to uplevel relationships and maximize value exchange.
  • Provide market insights and act as a trusted advisor to GTM teams to influence product/offering roadmap and increase market presence.
  • Navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes to drive successful outcomes for Unity and customers.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in SaaS, Platform, and/or Cloud Technology sales and sales leadership.
  • Proven track record negotiating $1M+ deals.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, developing, and scaling high-performing sales teams (managing senior sales executives).
  • Experience working with Channels, ISVs, System Integrators, or Service Partners.
  • Ability to lead and align cross-functional stakeholders (sales, finance, legal, compliance) to achieve business results.
  • Preferred: expertise in RealTime3D, Asset Management, Data Transformation, and Visualization.
  • Preferred: experience activating and scaling new Go-To-Market motions.
  • Sufficient professional verbal and written knowledge of English for frequent global communication.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
  • Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
