Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to grow Unity’s Industry sales across the AMER region.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of 5–8 Senior Sales Executives to meet forecasting and go-to-market business commitments.
  • Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships to increase deal sizes and maximize value exchange.
  • Support enterprise sales team in customer-facing meetings to uplevel relationships and close larger deals.
  • Partner with sales, finance, legal, compliance, and other internal stakeholders to structure enterprise deals and ensure revenue outcomes.
  • Navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes to drive successful outcomes for Unity and customers.
  • Act as a trusted market advisor to GTM teams by providing market feedback to inform product and roadmap decisions.
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders and business functions to achieve sales targets and business results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SaaS, platform, and/or cloud technology sales and sales leadership.
  • Demonstrated track record negotiating and closing $1M+ deals.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams, including managing senior sales executives (5–8 direct reports).
  • Experience working with Channels, ISVs, system integrators, or service partners.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders (sales, finance, legal, compliance) to drive alignment and results.
  • Preferred: expertise in RealTime3D, asset management, data transformation, and visualization.
  • Preferred: experience activating and scaling new go-to-market motions.
  • Professional-level proficiency in English for regular global verbal and written communication.
  • Note: relocation support is not available for this position.
