Description

  • Design, implement, and optimize user behavior models that influence ad ranking, bidding, and conversion outcomes across billions of impressions.
  • Monitor model performance and help identify data quality issues or model degradation.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
  • Learn how the models work and communicate model behavior and results to cross-functional partners.
  • Support the development and maintenance of systems that understand user behavior across applications.
  • Contribute to improving ad ranking, conversion predictions, and recommendation systems.
  • Work alongside experienced engineers to build behavioral models and optimize ad performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong foundation in Python or a similar programming language.
  • Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals and statistical analysis.
  • Curiosity about ads, recommendations, and user behavior at scale.
  • Interest in rapid iteration and experimenting with real signals to learn what works at scale.
  • First experience, publications, or academic projects in the ads domain or recommendation systems is preferred.
  • Exposure to experimentation and A/B testing frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot to learn and build faster is preferred.
  • This position requires sufficient English proficiency for frequent professional verbal and written communication with global colleagues and partners.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
  • Work visa or immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
