Description

  • Assist with maintenance, configuration, and continuous improvement of Workday Adaptive Planning, including integrations with Workday Financials.
  • Review biannual Workday Adaptive Planning releases to assess model impact and roll out useful new features.
  • Collaborate with FP&A to use predictive forecaster tools and support predictive forecasting approaches.
  • Gather business requirements from Finance stakeholders and deliver Workday configuration solutions.
  • Use AI tools to automate data reconciliation and streamline manual finance processes.
  • Maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, business process flows, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Systems team on cross-functional initiatives involving Workday HCM, Workday Financials, integrations, and third-party systems.
  • Manage support tickets and project tasks through intake and prioritization processes while communicating status to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Workday Financials configuration and support in a business analyst or functional analyst capacity.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Google Gemini and how they can be applied to financial analysis or data preparation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requests and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative problem-solving approach with a track record of building trusted relationships with Finance business partners.
  • Understanding of core finance and accounting concepts, including GAAP, month-end close, AP/AR workflows, and expense management.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Professional verbal and written English communication skills are required for frequent global collaboration.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
