Description

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance backend services and distributed systems for large-scale model inference.
  • Contribute to the technical roadmap and architecture of the inference platform, with a focus on low-latency and high-throughput services.
  • Architect and implement core services for the Agent Development Kit (ADK) and other AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency in production systems using observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Partner cross-functionally with release management, release QA, product, and engineering teams to align solutions with business priorities.
  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on GCP and orchestrate workloads with Kubernetes.
  • Promote and implement best practices for backend development, testing, deployment, and monitoring in a DevOps/SRE context.
  • Support reliable state management and complex multi-agent workflows for internal AI systems.

Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining distributed systems at scale.
  • Experience managing cloud infrastructure on GCP.
  • Experience orchestrating workloads with Kubernetes.
  • Strong programming experience in Python, Node.js, or Golang.
  • Experience building high-performance, low-latency systems and infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Agent Development Kit (ADK), Claude SDK, LangGraph, or similar AI agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience with microservice architectures.
  • Experience with containerization using Docker.
  • Experience with CI/CD best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • DevOps or SRE background with experience in infrastructure automation is preferred.
  • Experience building GitHub integrations or automated developer tooling is preferred.
  • Experience building tools for internal developer workflows is preferred.
  • Professional verbal and written English is required for frequent global collaboration.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
