Description

  • Design, build, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models, including personnel sheets, modeled sheets, cube sheets, and global assumptions.
  • Manage and troubleshoot integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Financials.
  • Create and maintain dimensions, attributes, and accounts used to slice and filter planning data.
  • Serve as the OfficeConnect expert for the FP&A team to resolve report errors, build ad-hoc reports, and reconcile data.
  • Build, test, and deploy Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports across Workday Financials, HCM, or Payroll modules.
  • Maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, business process flows, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to troubleshoot data flows and support monthly reporting and forecasting.
  • Partner with the broader Enterprise Systems team on cross-functional initiatives involving Workday HCM, Workday Financials, integrations, and third-party systems.
  • Explore and apply AI-driven efficiencies to automate financial analysis or data preparation.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or Workday Financials configuration and support.
  • Experience in a business analyst, functional analyst, or consulting capacity.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Google Gemini and how they can support financial analysis or data preparation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requests and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative problem-solving approach with a track record of building trusted relationships with Finance business partners.
  • Understanding of core finance and accounting concepts, including GAAP, month-end close, AP/AR workflows, and expense management.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Professional verbal and written English communication skills for frequent global collaboration.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
