Description

  • Coordinate credentialing and enrollment programs and projects across functional business areas.
  • Manage and maintain credentialing and enrollment data in Monday.com, Airtable, and Credential Stream.
  • Develop processes that ensure accurate, current data is shared across the organization.
  • Create materials and facilitate credentialing and enrollment process improvement initiatives.
  • Establish best practices for data updates and enterprise data sharing.
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and enterprise-wide stakeholders to develop processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Support Credentialing, Enrollment, and RCM leadership with credentialing and enrollment data distribution.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of Protected Health Information in accordance with HIPAA and applicable regulations.
  • Promote the organization’s core values and standards of conduct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of project coordinator experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with credentialing is required.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Monday.com, Airtable, or similar tools.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Collaborative, customer-focused approach with the ability to build stakeholder relationships and trust.
  • Ability to analyze workflows and make logical recommendations.
